Please note: If the numbers within your party drop below the level of your group band you will be charged an additional £2 fee per player. Similarly, if your group is larger than expected and moves into a higher group band, you will receive a £2 per player reduction t your invoice. A non-refundable deposit of £200 will be required and this will be deducted from the final invoice. We expect your invoice to be paid on the day of the event.
We welcome Societies on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday. Please note that we have a dress code which we ask all our members and visitors to adhere to. You will receive a copy of our dress code when your booking has been confirmed.
