HOME COURSE - Lake
Our opening hole, "Lake" and it won't take you long to see why it has this name, doesn't have a daunting look when standing on the tee just as long as you don't let the Out Of Bounds all down the left and the trees and bushes to right short of the water filter into your head before you hit that opening tee shot!!! If safely in the fairway your second over the water also has to be accurate avoiding the possibility of not having a clear shot to the green and don't forget the water hazard on the right some 75 yards short of the green. The green is protected on both sides with green side bunkers and going long has its problems too, maybe a drop off the path but always leaving a delicate chip back to the pin. A "birdie" is always a possibility here but so is the "bogey" and possibly more.
